Charter One
When an aircraft needs to move without a paid itinerary, we open that flight as an empty leg. You book the whole cabin on the operator’s route and window — often well below a standard one-way charter.
Houston-based charter. Listings are updated by our team. Call 713-649-0101 anytime — we’ll confirm availability before you commit.

An empty leg is a repositioning flight — the aircraft is going that way whether or not passengers are aboard. Operators sell the cabin at a reduced rate because the route and timing are already set.
You still fly a private cabin with a certificated crew. The savings come from fitting your trip to an existing movement, not from cutting service.
If your dates are fixed and the listed window doesn’t work, a standard one-way charter is usually the better fit. Empty legs reward flexibility.
| Empty leg | Standard one-way | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Discounted for the reposition | Full one-way charter rate |
| Airports | Set by the operator’s plan | You choose |
| Departure | Within the published window | The time you request |
| Reliability | Can move if the paid trip changes | Confirmed for your itinerary |
Often within a few weeks of departure — sometimes only days out — because each leg depends on another booking. We refresh this list as trips change.
We’ll tell you as soon as the operator updates us and can quote a standard charter on the same route so you still have options.
It depends on the aircraft and operator. Mention pets and bag sizes when you inquire so we can confirm before you book.
Yes. These are the same Part 135 (or equivalent) operators and crews we use for any Charter One trip.
Tell us where you’re going and when you’re flexible. We’ll check operator schedules for a matching reposition — or quote a standard one-way so you can compare.
